DMI Parishioner Index Survey for Saint Thomas Parish

All parishes in the Diocese of Covington will invite parishioners to complete the Disciple Maker Index — a 75-question survey that will provide pastors and parish leaders a picture of where they are today, allowing them to envision and create vibrant, faith-filled parishes for tomorrow. The survey is open from February 22 - March 27 and should take just 10-15 minutes to complete.
